Geographical Settings  An Historic Victorian Inn specializing in Old-Fashioned Downeast Hospitality Located in Boothbay Harbor, Maine - The Boating Capital of New England The inn is a handsomely refurbished oceanfront Victorian Town and Carriage House with harbor views, outside decks and the charm & ambience of yesterday. IN MAINE: Take Maine Turnpike (I-95) to Exit 52 (old Exit 9), continue on I-295 to Exit 28 (old Exit 22) to Brunswick, get on U.S. Route 1 through Brunswick, Bath and Wiscasset, then take Route 27 South to Boothbay Harbor. In Boothbay Harbor, after entering one-way traffic, take the third left (McClintock Street). At the stop sign, turn left on Townsend Avenue (one way). Harbour Towne Inn is 300 feet ahead on the right.   Policies  * A minimum deposit of one day's charges per room is required on all 1 to 3 day stays, with a minimum deposit of 33% of total charges for longer stays. Deposits must include state tax. Deposits apply to last day(s) of stay. * CANCELLATIONS: 14 days (28 days Penthouse) advance notice excluding scheduled arrival date at the Inn is required for return of any deposit on cancellations.
